★お食事前にレストラン（リゾーピア久美浜）近くの丹後の日本酒蔵/木下酒造を訪問します。
Visit Kinoshita Sake Brewery near the restaurant ( Resort Pier Kumihama ).
★昼食時、ソムリエから丹後の日本酒のうんちくを聞きながら訪問の酒蔵とお酒とお食事をお楽しみいただけます。
★In lunch time, guests can enjoy the amazing dishes with sommelier's Sake Story or its history.
★メニューの一例：前菜、メイン（冬期はブリしゃぶ）、お食事（丹後のお米）、水菓子、木下酒造のお酒（半合、約90ml）
