当日の流れ ( Schedule )
①但馬ビーフレストラン楓集合。集合場所で英語又は中国語スタッフがお出迎えします。
Meet up at Tajima Beef Restaurant with English or Chinese Staff.
②レストランの貸切ホールで但馬牛の説明。店長から但馬牛の説明をして、アシスタントが通訳します。
②Restaurant Manager will explain about Tajima Beef, and the assistant will translate to guests.
③シェフハットをかぶり、エプロンをつけて準備、シェフから直接指導を受けます。
③Get the costume of Chef, Hut or apron etc.
④但馬肉の塊をカットして、鉄板で調理開始※シェフからの指導あり
④Cut the lump of Tajima Beef , and start cooking at the private steak plate with lecture by the chef.
⑤焼きあがった肉を家族・友人にサービスしながら、食事をお楽しみください。
⑤As completing the dish, please enjoy with family or friends!
⑥人数が多い場合は肉の追加も可能。 、皆さんで本物の但馬牛をおなか一杯堪能してください。

It is at the central of the town, easy to access Arayu.
②ガイドから湯村温泉の説明を受け、各ポイントを案内。温泉と地元住民の関わりを聞きながら、荒湯・足湯・地熱堂・杜氏館をめぐる ②Have an explanation of Yumura Onsen Village , visit some amazing spots.
